SVG Cricut Design Space, and Silhouette Studio Designer Edition or higher.

PNG Sublimation, printing and print-on-demand. Transparent background at 300 DPI.

DXF The free Silhouette Studio Basic Edition, which cannot open SVG files at all.

If you are on a Cricut, use the SVG. On the free Silhouette Studio Basic Edition, use the DXF — Basic Edition cannot open SVG files, and that catches almost everyone out at least once. Here is the full explanation.
