What’s in the download?
An SVG, a transparent PNG at 300 DPI, and a DXF. You can take the ZIP with all three, or download just the format you need from the buttons on each design page.
Which file do I use for my machine?
- Cricut (Design Space) — use the SVG
- Silhouette Studio, Designer Edition or higher — use the SVG
- Silhouette Studio Basic Edition (the free one) — use the DXF; Basic Edition can’t open SVG files
- Sublimation, printing, print-on-demand — use the PNG
I’m on an iPad or iPhone. Can I still use these?
Yes. Tap the ZIP in your Files app and it will unpack into a folder you can browse. Or skip the ZIP altogether and use the individual SVG, PNG or DXF buttons on the design page — that’s usually easier on a tablet.
The design opened in Silhouette Studio but it’s all one colour and looks flat.
That’s normal for a DXF. The format carries the cut lines but not the colours or the layer information. It will cut correctly.
The SVG won’t open in Silhouette Studio.
SVG import is a paid-edition feature in Silhouette Studio. On the free Basic Edition, use the DXF from the same download.
My design imported as one flat layer in Cricut.
Check you uploaded the SVG rather than the PNG. A PNG has no cut lines, so Design Space flattens it into a single image.
Can I sell things I make with these files?
Yes. The physical things you make are yours to sell, including work for clients — no fee, no sales cap, no credit needed. You just cannot pass the file itself on or sell the artwork as a digital design. The full details are on commercial use.
Can I share the file with a friend?
Please send them the link to the design page instead of the file itself. Same file, and it keeps the site running.
Do you take design requests?
Yes, through contact us. We can’t promise a specific design or a date, and we can’t do licensed characters or brands. Seasonal requests are best sent about three months ahead.
How often do you add new files?
New designs go up every week, with seasonal collections landing well ahead of the season so you have time to make things.
A file is broken or won’t download.
